The Calendar Project

Today in math was an exceedingly fun class when we were doing the calendar project. Remember,”A calendar is no calendar without math”. Do you know what the calendar project is? well you’re about to find out.
here’s what we learned, we had plenty of fun doing the ratio chart where we had to take to have and amount of months and an amount of days and we had to multiply those numbers and the sum was supposed to be 360 days because the ancient Egyptian calendar, the one we follow now actually has 360 days just it takes 5 and sometimes 6 days for the earth to exactly orbit around the sun. It was so exciting!Finally we got homework which was answering questions 1-5 on a sheet  we got for the calendar project which was not so easy. Overall it was a really fun and easy math class.
