Broadway Beat

As always, Astonishing Adya is back with an even better and  popular post about . . . . The one and only Broadway Beat!!!!!! Do you know what broadway beat is? Here is a hint, it is a musical which contains super songs from 7 musicals! The musicals are:

• Grease
• Hairspray
• The King and I
• The Music Man
• Wicked (OMG!!!)
• Rent
• The Yankee Doodle Boy

Here is another hint. We are going to be doing songs from these musicals, the songs are:

• You can’t stop the beat
• We go together
• 76 Trombones
• For Good
• I whistle a happy tune
• Give my regards to Broadway
• Seasons of Love

Did you figure it out yet? . . . Yes! you are right! it is a musical! It is our  ASA, and Studio who are practicing these songs. Click here if you want to see the blog which has information about our musical.  We rehearse on Mondays and Thursdays. We will have an extended rehearsal on two Saturdays which are on February 20 and March 12th which is the dress rehearsal.  We have solos which are sadly, only for 5th Graders.
